CIGH invites global and public health professionals to participate in a research study on the role of male allyship, mentorship, and sponsorship to foster support and advancement of women leaders in global health. This study builds on prior qualitative research that created a list of actions and recommendations for male allies at the individual, institutional, and societal levels. You can learn more about the male allyship toolkit and our research here. If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked about your thoughts on male allyship and gender equity recommendations and resources. The responses collected are anonymous and will be used to create a list of the most effective actions to inform a roadmap for individuals, organizations, and institutions. Participation in this research is voluntary; you may skip any question except for gender, current country of residence/work, and (for male participants) a question about interest in allyship to women. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time.
